Plan of Attack

I now must personalize my fertility restoration plan. I need to order some vitamins, minerals and other supplements. I have already started taking EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) for healthier cervical fluid. I need to cut out my morning latte', and evening glass of red wine. I have discovered some great Minute Maid anti-oxidant juice, I will be substituting for wine. I also need to schedule in at least one yoga session a day.
Part of my plan includes a daily foot massage from my hubby. It is good for improving blood flow to all of one's organs, especially the reproductive ones.

Finished the Book

I finished the book yesterday. It has a lot of natural and inexpensive suggestions for improving your fertiltiy. The premis is for you to use Traditional Chinese Medicine, to solve your infertiltiy issues. My problems seem to stem from my Qi being off in my kidneys and spleen.
"Pregnancy Miracle" also mentions some simple self care procedures you can do to relax your body, and increase the blood flow to your reproductive organs.

Here We Go

Losing our baby in June 2009, was devastating. At the end of September, I was finally feeling up to the possibility, of once again, trying to build our family. Then, I got the news that my mother had passed. I'm heartbroken. I was so looking forward to watching her play with my children. Mom was funny and creative; just what every grandma needs to be. She was only 58. Life is so short. None of us know how many heartbeats we have in us.
I am in the middle of a Lupus flare, which is not the time to become pregnant. Studies show a higher rate of pregnancy complications, when a women becomes pregnant, while in the midst of a flare. Based on previous flares, this one should be over in about a month.
In the mean time, I am going to start reading a book I found on the internet, that promises to hold the secrets to reversing infertiltiy issues. I bought the e-book Pregnancy Miracle yesterday. I start reading tomorrow. Wish me luck!
